Hi my name is Java I'm an active young boy looking for a new family to call my own. I would love a home where I will be walked daily and have lots of playtime to keep me content. Please provide me with lots of interactive toys for me to play with when you're not home or I may get bored and chew things I shouldn't.
Java's new home would be best with CONFIDENT OLDER CHILDREN as he is very playful and may be a bit active for little ones.
I sit for treats but would benefit from some more training. I pull hard on the lead so I would benefit from the use of a training aid such as a Halti.

I have met other dogs while here at the shelter and in my old home and I get on well with them so if you have another play pal for me at home please being them in so we can meet. I have shown an interest in pocket pets such as rabbits so I can't go home with these. I may be ok living with a cat as long as any introductions are slow.

My new home needs secure 5ft high fences and gates to keep me safe at all times. A spacious kennel with warm bedding will also keep me comfortable in all weather. While at the shelter I'm much more comfortable being outside and this is all I've known since a puppy so it may take me a while to adjust to being inside with you.
