About Tiger
Tiger is a happy, food driven, chubby little tank, who would make an excellent pet for a couple or people with older children. He is learning not to "mouth" (use his mouth to get your attention - not biting) and is quite a bossy boots with his siblings. He is a typical staffy and barrell chested and stumpy legged and very cute. He doesn't mind a snuggle as long as there is no food that just HAS to be eaten!! He would play very well with older children (say over 5 years old) who are used to dogs and would benefit from some training and walks. He sleeps outside and is not yet house trained but would do anything for food so training should be easy!!
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
