Woof

Introducing Woof: he's an exuberant, friendly kelpie/heeler x with a classic kelpie face and a strong, chunky heeler body. He's only young (one-ish we think) and up until he came to us has been an outside dog with limited company. Despite that he's an affectionate boy who craves attention and tickles. He's great with bigger kids and other dogs of a similar size (tends to bowl the little kids and dogs over!) and is respectful of cats-he'd love to play but will stop when asked. He is quickly learning his inside manners.

Woof is a clever boy who is eager to please and has almost mastered walking on the lead without pulling and stopping at roads. He's currently carrying a little excess weight so it would be great if someone in his furever family was a regular walker/runner. He also loves to play ball and brings it back every time. Consistent exercise would be a must for Woof.

Woof is happy to be outside as long as he has some toys to play with. Ideally another dog would be great company for him. He does love to be close to his peeps so inside time would be a must also. Experience with strong willed dogs or a family keen to train this clever boy would be preferable.
