About Bailey (Assisted Rehome)
My name is Bailey and I’m a four and a half year old Lemon Beagle.
Unfortunately due to work commitments my current owner is unable to continue to care for me and Wally’s Dog Rescue is assisting them in finding me a forever home.
When there is no one home with me I fret for my family and display some separation anxiety, so it would be best to find me a home with a human that is around most of the time. I love having other doggy friends around and I also love children. I am currently living with 2 other dogs.
I enjoy going for walks and do walk well on a lead, although being a Beagle, I need to sniff everything. True to my breed, I am stubborn and once on a scent, I display selective deafness.
I love food, possibly a little bit too much, so I can be a bit naughty and try and steal food from the bowls of my doggy friends. For this reason I should probably be fed in a separate room to other pooches. I am on a diet of fresh chicken, brown rice, veggies and kibble and will need to be introduced to new foods slowly as my belly does not cope well with a sudden change in food. I will sit on command (especially when food is involved and will do so before my dinner is served).
I am hoping to find a home of my very own with a fellow Beagle friend as we totally get each other, and I would need a family who understands my breed. If you don’t have a Beagle friend I would be just as happy if my humans were around all the time to keep me company.
I sleep inside at night with my furry friends and would need to go to a home were I can be inside a lot of the time otherwise I get lonely.
I am in care at Berkley Vale on the Central Coast NSW and come microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, desexed and also lifetime registration.

Happy healthy dog
Adoption details
Please contact Heather via email only should you wish to meet Bailey. Email will ensure a faster response.
When enquiring about Bailey, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
