Bertie

Please let me introduce you to Bertie. Bertie was saved from a rural pound in Victoria. He is nothing less than awesome. He’s calm, quiet and gentle – all the best traits you would want in a new best friend. As you can see from the photos he is beautiful not only on the outside but he has an awesomel heart on the inside.

Bertie is very willing to please and is super smart, but aren’t all Border Collies? His recall is good, jumps into the car fine and walks great on a lead, and he is not high energy. Bertie has been sleeping in a crate on the back veranda and likes to retreat here for rests. He loves pats and cuddles and scratches behind the ears.

Bertie will make someone a terrific companion and learns quickly. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs and he is fine with Kids. He is currently learning house training, but is fine outside if you want him to be. Bertie is a happy little boy, very loyal with unlimited potential. He is currently in foster with 3 other dogs. All up he is fantastic little dog and will only be adopted to the best of homes.
