Chief is a beautiful big boy with so much love to give. He is so friendly with everyone, including new people, and has great manners. He is such a gentle soul with a heart full of love just waiting to give to his new forever home.
As an inside/outside dog he loves nothing more than hanging out with the family but will happily spend time outside while you are out with some toys to play with and a yummy bone to chew on.
He is great with children and loves his foster brother and sister to bits. However, due to his size he would be best suited to a family with children over 8 years.
This gorgeous boy is also good with cats and gets on well with dogs of all sizes. Chief really needs another dog for company, he just loves to spend time with other dogs.
Chief loves nothing more than a good walk every day and a trip to the beach is number one on his list of favourite things to do.
At 35kg, Chief has all the good looks of a Dogue de Bordeaux without the giant size and would make a perfect family member for any big dog lover.

Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
