Billie was a timid cat when he first came into care but after 2 months at his foster carers place, with no other cats, he has really blossomed into a lovely natured, playful and affectionate boy. Billie is now ready to go to his forever home, he is an indoor cat and would be perfect in a unit or townhouse situation
