About Karla on hold pending adoption
Karla is on hold pending adoption.
Karla is a stock coated female German Shepherd who is just over four years of age and is a sweet and loving dog.
Karla has come from a property where she was kept with a number of dogs and had been used to produce litters of puppies. She has now been taken into care and has proven to be a loving dog with excellent social skills with other dogs. She is affectionate and good natured and would be an ideal companion for a family as she is beautiful around children and loves to be part of the family..
Karla has been vet checked and desexed and vaccinated C7 is on heart worm prevention and has been flea treated and wormed. Karla is proving to be a loving dog around all our rescues and is tolerant of small dogs and in fact has shown no interest in cats.
We are looking for a home where Karla will be an integral member of the family, must be given inclusion in the home and preferably as a friend for another dog and with a family who have children who will spoil her and provide love and attention.
Karla is shy at first with people but once she gains her confidence is a playful and attentive dog. She walks beautifully on the lead and is a no problem dog but must be part of the family. In her previous life Karla had only ever been a yard dog chained to a tree with no shelter and dry dog food left out on the ground for her to eat.
We are therefore looking for a home where Karla will be a much loved family member given a daily walk, plenty of stimulation and contact with her human pack as a family member.
Karla is in no way aggressive and is a submissive dog around all other dogs.
For more information on Karla please contact Linda.
Medical notes
Karla is located at Windsor in Sydney and has been desexed, vaccinated C7, heart worm tested negative. She has been wormed, flea treated and will be professionally groomed prior to going to her forever home.
