Thando ~ Ridgeback x Mastiff Pup (*trial 26/8/15)

Hi my name is Thando and I am available for adoption along with my little sister Ntambi. You may think our names are unusual but we are Ridgeback x Mastiff and they native South African names. My name means love, and yes I am a very loving little man. My sister's name means lady and she is, or can be when she chooses. She must take after our mum. We were born on 2/05/2015.

We have been in foster care for just over a week and are settling in quite well. It was hard at first, as at our old home we had our mum and 6 other brothers and sisters. \ But we are happy now and we even have a big puppy to play with as well as lots of kids.

We are learning to come when called and we even sit, especially if we get a treat or a cuddle. We have our dinner of a night and then we go off to bed and are quite happy to stay there until our foster mum gets our breakfast ready the next morning. Even though we might pull the blankets out of our beds we would never think of going to the toilet on them or in our beds. We have a special area where we can go to the toilet of a night time if we have to, but during the day we just go on the grass.

We are not that fond of walking on a lead, as they tend to get tangled up when we play. But we will learn. \ The only thing we love more than running around playing is a nice big cuddle from our human friends.
