About Ritchie (Obedience training/Agility/Flyball)
Do You Want To Adopt A Dog That Comes With His Own Instruction Manual Lol!!!!
The foster carers at Wallys make jokes that Ritchie is the only dog we have met that comes with his own instruction manual. Ritchie has completed a training course at PetResort Dural, where the trainers are trained via National Dog Trainers Federation. Ritchie completed a 5 week intense training session and now has his own manual explaining all the tricks he has learned.
Due to no fault of his own, our sweet boy, Ritchie has been returned and we are determined to find him his forever home. He will need secure 6ft colour bond fencing to keep him safe as he escaped from his previous home due to being left alone for long periods of time. Ritchie will not suit a home where he will spend his days alone in the backyard. He's an active, loving boy who needs both mental and physical activity on a daily basis as well as the love from his humans.
Ritchie has completed 'boot camp' for dogs. He is ball obsessed and with the guidance of his humans could be the next wonder dog, agility dog or flyball prince!
Boot camp has been undertaken at the PetResort Dural, where the trainers are trained via National Dog Trainers Federation. Ritchie completed a 5 week intense training session, where the lovely staff, have trained Ritchie in advanced obedience training of SIT, DROP, STAY, WATCH, FREE, and RECALL and to WALK BESIDE you on a lead, without pulling. Ritchie has under gone basic and advanced obedience training and is ready to find his perfect family, who will continue his training and allow Ritchie to be part of the family.
Ricthie's personality is loyal and loving, Ritchie loves to snuggle on the lounge with you at night, but also loves to explore the great outdoors. He is inquisitive and playful, and sometimes cheeky! and loves any type of water play and to PLAY FETCH with the BALL!
With the slow introductions to other dogs, Ritchie is DOG FRIENDLY and TOILET TRAINED, loves people, and is great with older kids over 10 years.
Ritchie is described as a HIGH energy dog and from working lines and need lots of exercise and lots of safe chew toys/bones, and treats to keep him destructive free.
Ritchie is available for adoption now. He is located in Parkes NSW but can travel to the Central Coast NSW.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
