About Pickles (On Trial)
“I’m Pickles by name and pickles by nature…I’m a black greyhound and I like to have fun! There’s nothing better than doing zoomies around the yard, chasing toys, and showing off how fast I can move! I’m looking for a family that wants to have plenty of fun too. I get a bit too excited around cats so it would be best if your house doesn’t have any of those. Meh, who needs a cat when you could have me? Did I mention I’m just a little pickle? I’m quite small, and I wouldn’t take up much room. The problem is, there’s lots of cute greyhounds at Greyhound Rescue at the moment, and a lot of them are black too. We always get picked last if we’re black, I guess we just don’t stand out enough. But I bet you would like a shiny black greyhound though wouldn’t you? You would?! Well if you think I might pickle…I mean tickle your fancy can you get onto the computer and email the volunteers at GR? They would love to hear from you!” info@greyhoundrescue.com.au

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
