About Alaska
Alaska was a stray living on the streets. Lucky for her, a kind man was feeding her on occasion and he recognised that there would be a better, furever home for her elsewhere. From the moment Alaska arrived at her foster home she purred and asked for attention and love. She comes up to greet me every time I walk into the room. She is a petite little cat with a grateful little face of happiness. She's a real smooch and often stands on her hind legs to reach your hand for even more pats.
A neighbour of the place where Alaska was found has admitted that he told her every single morning when he left for work that that she is the most beautiful cat on the planet. And she really is one of the most unique looking, gorgeous cats I've ever seen. She carries her beauty with a humble attitude and acts nothing like a diva!
Alaska is fine with other cats and my large dog. Her focus is mainly on loving humans - not even the hissing of a rather obnoxious ex-stray male can stop her purring!! She is toilet trained and very well behaved.
If there is one phrase to sum up Alaska I think it would be loving and grateful. Alaska seems to genuinely appreciate to be warm, fed and most of all loved. We hope to find someone who doesn't just want "a pet", because we believe that Alaska will be someone's special friend.
