Sophie was a working dog who retired herself. Having had enough of working life, she is now looking for a pet home - preferably with a sunny spot outside to spend the day.

She is a great companion for someone looking for a sensible and settled dog to potter around with. She enjoys the company of people and isn't far from you if you are up and about. The rest of the time she's happy laying in a spot where she can keep an eye on what's going on.

She's looking for the quiet life now. She will tolerate mature male dogs, but is a bit of a grump with other dogs - she seems to think they just disturb the peace.

In good health, and well cared for, she would make an ideal pet for a retiree or working couple.
