Neil is the quietest boy of the litter, in the sense that he'll rather just purr for you than meow at you. He's a very active, playful boy who loves his ball toys and also loves a good snuggle and kiss on the cheeks when he's tired.

Neil could be adopted by himself, or WITH one of his brothers for a discounted fee.
