Unlike the musical, I don’t need a whole heap of romantic complications to find me the right family – all you need to know is that I’m small, elegant, and black goes with everything. At the moment I am newly arrived and a little on the quiet side – given a little time and encouragement I’m sure I will bloom and find the lap and place where I’m meant to belong. There are lots of other houndies waiting for their perfect match too, but lucky for all of us the volunteers at GR are wonderful matchmakers and will find the right family for us all! Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
