About Denim ~ Malt/FoxxPom/Shih (Trial 13/8/15)
Denim is a beautiful Maltese/Mini Foxie x Pomeranian /Shih Tzu 9 week old puppy . He is a tiny boy only weighing 1.5 kg so is not suitable for families with children under 10.
Denim is a very affectionate boy who loves cuddles and to be near you all the time , he loves to play with his sister Lace and snuggle up to her at sleep time so he will need to go to a family with another small friendly dog and someone who is home most of the time.
He is learning his house training which will need to be continued in his new home although he does enjoy a play in the yard he is only allowed outside under supervision.
Denim loves everyone and will need a very special family who will make him part of the family and will be available for adoption from the 13th August after he has had his 2nd vaccination.
Denim has a beautiful soft , long coat so will need grooming in the summer months to keep him comfortable and regular bathing and brushing , he is only available for adoption in Newcastle , Lake Maquarie and surrounding areas and Central Coast as he will need to attend one of our wonderful DRN vets for his desexing when he is big enough.
His adoption fee is $650 which includes his microchipping , flea and worm treatments , vaccination and desexing.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
