About Archie
Archie is an utterly cuddly boy with a zest for life that's quite infectious! A wonderful family companion, Archie is toilet trained and great on the lead, and enjoys car rides.
MY IDEAL HOME: I am craving a warm home, full of affection and love, where I'm allowed to be inside with my family during the day and night.
I'm already a good boy, but I'm told I could benefit from ongoing obedience training. Although my favourite place is on the sofa next to you, I will always wait until I'm asked before jumping up and snuggling in!
I have lived previously in an apartment, so I will let you know if I need to go outside to do my business.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: As a medium-energy dog, I'll need one reasonably long walk every day, with playtime in the park or backyard highly recommended as well to keep me stimulated and happy. I love to romp around and chew on my toys.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I adore children and am very good with them, however my enthusiasm can occasionally get the best of me! Not everybody loves my sloppy kisses...
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I make instant friends with all dogs I meet, big and small, and it would be AMAZING to have a friend to spend my day with! I have yet to be around cats but I'm open to becoming buddies with yours. :)

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry/. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
