About Pebbles
Pebbles is a Staffy X that is approximately 1 year old. Pebbles loves to run and play. She is a happy and enthusiastic puppy, likes going in the car on outings with people.
Pebbles - is crate trained - she sleeps in her Crate with no mess or fuss. She is taken outside of a morning for a toilet break. She has not messed in the house to date.
She has started basic training and responds very quickly to new commands, sit wait, stop and drop are where we started. I think she would be great for all types of training as she has an amazing attention for humans and passion to please people. Her new forever home would ideally need to be willing to take her training to the next level and beyond, she is very smart and loves to interact with people. Walks by your side on the lead no pulling or tugging.
She has fitted into new surroundings very well and has loved having a grassy back yard to roll and play in. She has interacted well with a 6 month old puppy and a smaller older dog. She has given the cat a wide birth (he is a very big cat) she has looked at the chickens in their pens and been happy to walk right by them.
Pebbles can be very bouncy when excited, she has learnt not to jump up but some times she forgets her manners and by simply putting you hand out she will sit and wait for a pat.
If you think you can give Pebbles the time, training and love she needs please fill out an application and email to mendham1@bigpond.com
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
