Ruby

Hi everybody, my name is Ruby. I'm an interesting mix with the brindle colour but kelpie/heeler stature.

I came in with my brother Rolly (wait till you see him, you wont believe we are related!) and am now ready to find my forever home. I'm only young still (around nine months) so ongoing training is essential, as so far I've only mastered sit.

Having said that I am extremely intelligent and have learnt to open mine and Nash's runs at night by just watching my foster mum open and shut them. We do love our late night gallivanting around though!

I can be a bit bouncy for young children (I do so love them very much and just want to smother them in kisses!) so older children and again on going training is probably better suited, or even better someone who is extremely active! I have so much energy to burn, im like an energiser bunny, but don't let that put you off, just means I need regular walks. I would also love to be let inside, and from what my foster mum has seen I may be semi house trained.

I get along well with other dogs, I currently live with three others, but I do need to be separated at food time as I don't like to share. I also love to chase the ball, not sure if I've mastered bringing it back though.
