Meet our friend, Jax. Isn't he a little heart-breaker! Jax is just shy of 2 years old and sadly found himself in a shelter with his buddy. While his friend found his feet quickly, Jax just couldn't settle in that stressful environment and needed a foster family to come to his rescue. And that is where we stepped in! He is so happy to be out of the shelter and is ready to find his fresh start.

Jax loves to play with toys and is good with other small dogs. \ He has many to play with in his foster home, and even gets along with the cat! He can be a little timid with new people, but is cuddly when he gets to know you. Once you're a friend, he will be snuggling with you on the couch in no time.

He's definitely a little lap dog looking for a quiet, calm home where he can enjoy life with his people. As he is still getting adjusted to his new life, and gaining confidence, we would prefer to place him in a home with older children as little ones might be a bit scary.
