Floyd .. your cat will wish he was there

Floyd is a beautifully natured 7 month old Labrador cross. He loves human attention, following you around the house everywhere and loves to cuddle next to you on the couch. At the same time Floyd loves to be active and enjoys his daily walks. He walks quite well on the leash in a goofy kind of way. He only pulls when he wants to say hello to another dog, but with a little more training he would easily be a dog that could heel next to you. Also Floyd started to learn basic commands and knows his name and has good recall. He loves to play with other dogs, playing constantly with his doggy foster sister, he also enjoys being around children, currently in care with three children aged 3 -7.

Floyd would be suitable to live with a confident cat as he shares his foster home with an elderly cat.

Floyd will need a home where he is mainly allowed inside day and night while his family is home, as he is a very people orientated dog, who always wants to be with his pack. He is ok to be left outside while nobody is home, provided you give him some mental stimulation like toys or rawhide to chew on or would benefit from living with a friendly dog as companion, as he can become bored by himself, still just being a typical puppy.
