About Bob and Jay Jay
Bob and Jay Jay likely met for the first time at the pound. Being two, undesexed males, I certainly didn't expect them to arrive together in the same carry cage when we sprung them from there, so I was very pleasantly surprised to find they could inhabit the same enclosure without killing each other (allowing yet another bun to be saved). They are the most unlikely pair! Bob (black) is an active, playful youngster, into everything and anything. Jay Jay (tri colour) is a sedate, calm and tired older man, he is like a grandpa bunny who literally sits around all day philosophising. Yet, somehow, their relationship works. Predominantly, in my opinion, because Jay Jay simply doesn't give two hoots about what goes on around him.
Both boys are so cuddly and easy to pick up. Both are very friendly, Bob pushing for attention and Jay Jay patiently waiting for you to get to him for a turn. When they arrived there was wee and poo everywhere (and by everywhere, I mean... everywhere). Desexing literally changed them overnight, and now, I'm so proud to say that they are 99% litter trained (and given longer at our shelter, we expect a 100% level to be achieved in the very near future). They are an absolute pleasure to look after, I look forward to seeing them every day. They do remind me of a couple of my bunnies in the past, so have an extra special spot in my heart. I'm looking for an indoor home for these boys, as that is what they are used to here. Somewhere they can free range and be completely spoilt, and where their lovely toilet habits will be appreciated :) This pair will give their new owners so much entertainment and love, I will be sad to see them go.
