About Ripley
Ripley is a beautiful dog with a lovely heart. He loves to be with you as much as he can. He is great in the car, on lead and is good with dogs and cats. He was an outdoors only dog in his previous home, however during foster care he has been inside mainly and is loving the lounge night cuddles!
He loves to show you his "shake" and can sit very well. He is very receptive to your call and training guidance. Ripley will require regular grooming as his coat grows long. Being a Cocker Spaniel he will also need regular ear maintenance to prevent ear issues.
Medical notes
Ripley came to us with a leg injury, this has since been resolved. Further history will be given to serious applicants. He will be a low activity dog with daily relaxed walks but no excessive running or stairs. As he was an outdoor dog some toilet training will be required to teach him to take himself out when he needs to go (common required training for change of environment also), we haven't had accidents at all so far and he will go on cue when you tell him to first thing in the morning and nighttime before bed!
