About Minks
Minks is a white and grey female cat 8 years old. She is very very shy and needs a lot of time to feel safe around people. She loves to be pat and will eventually purr for it but she is very unsure to begin with and it takes weeks for her to settle in somewhere new. Despite this, she has the most beautiful personality. She is the most loving, gentle and affectionate cat despite her initial fears. She has been coming more and more out of her shell over her time in foster care since her elderly owner passed away recently from a stroke.
Minks and her female friend Zsa Zsa are a package deal. They sleep together, eat together, play together and groom each other.

Medical notes
Minks came to care with a really bad case of conjunctivitis and has been medicated daily for over two weeks to manage the condition. Unfortunately I don’t think this has helped ease her transition into a new environment. Happily, her eyes are improving now with a different ointment and she is coming into her own more and more every single day. She also had recent dental surgery and Minks has recovered well from an additional mammary tumor removal surgery on the day.
