About Harry
Meet Harry
Harry come into care from a country pound so his previous history is not known but I fear it may not have been a good one, it is possible that Harry was mistreated. It is unknown what other breed/s Harry is mixed with but he is quite small for a Wolfhound, he is on the smaller side of medium size.
Harry is a lovely, friendly and happy boy but he is a little timid, he will require time and patience to settle in with his new family and surroundings. Whilst in foster care Harry has predominantly been an outside dog and allowed inside for short periods of time. Harry knows basic commands such as sit and shake but is not good on a lead, he actually appears to be quite frightened of it.
Harry would be best suited to a family with no small dogs, cats or other pocket pets, however he is fine with dogs of similar size. His best friend at the moment is a Fox Terrier cross who is also in foster care from the same pound. Harry is great with teenage children but has not been around small/young children whilst he's been in care so I really can't say for certain how he would be with them.
Harry is microchipped, vaccinated, desexed, flea & worm treated.
