About Kelli
A very sweet natured dog, Kelli is a beautiful stunning dog with kind eyes.
Kelli is prone to barking at night so we have an enclosed run to keep her safe and secure. Otherwise she only barks when excited, which we have discovered is when she plays....she is a passionate soccer player.... she happily plays ball with my daughter - the pair spend ages kicking and chasing the ball.... Kelli also picks up semi-inflated balls and carries them around the yard....she can also spin quite quickly and loves people, but can be a bit shy sometimes. She gets along with other dogs of all sizes and she is fine around my mini horse.
Kelli was saved from a remote country pound after being abandoned by her owner, she was left behind and had apparently lived her life tied up.
Kelli would thrive in an active home and one who can undertake some grooming duties to maintain her lovely coat.
She is new into care so we are still getting to know her.
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
