Sam is a special needs maltese puppy, he has made huge leaps forward, but will still need to have a home that is dedicated to his needs, he loves other dogs and having a play with them as long as they are gentle. Sam is a friendly happy little boy. Sam will need to rehomed with a dog who will be gentle and loving towards him.
