Kota ~ Brown Kelpie X (On Trial 5/11/16)

Kota is a 4 year old, male, brown Kelpie X. Kota laps up every bit of attention you can give him. He loves a pat, cuddle and a back scratch and thrives on being told he is a good boy. He loves to lick you to show you he loves you and to cuddle up on the lounge beside you of a night – once his excitement levels calm down.

He loves his treats and can now sit and drop to his belly when asked and when given treats. He will even sit still while you walk away, jog, do a dance or walk around him with a treat in your hand. He also adores fresh bones.

Kota is the perfect mix of playful and loving. He absolutely loves to wrestle his foster brother Jack and play chases around the backyard. He also loves to sit or lay down and relax in the sun. He is learning about fetch and will now run after a ball or squeaky toy. He loves to be chased after with his toys by Jack or me and is so good at dodging his way around us like a soccer player. When he sees you come outside he runs over with what looks like the biggest smile and his tail wagging ready for a pat and cuddle.

Kota loves coming inside the house of a night. He is housetrained. He listens when asked to go outside and will always come when called.

Kota is so good with going to bed when told, He sleeps in the back room of the house with lots of blankets. He also loves his water so you need to make sure you keep an eye on the water level of his bowl.

He is such a happy, easy going boy who is very loving and loyal.
