George

George is a 20 month old merle mantle Great Dane and has been desexed and pexied. He is located in Canberra. He has lots of personality and loves people, kids, playing and food more than anything! He's shown to
be fine with children of all ages, but as with any big dog, he can accidentally knock over small children so would be best suited to
children 10+. He's very affectionate and will greet you at the door with a big wagging tail. He's great to have inside, non-destructive
and is house broken. He'll sleep in his bed throughout the night unless you're happy to have him in yours! If it's cold outside, he'll snuggle up in his bed for most of the day and be perfectly content with a few toys. He loves having a big backyard to run around in and would prefer to have the same at his new home.
George is being rehomed as he's too pushy with another male Dane at his current home. Once introduced, he is fine with most dogs; however, he gets nervous about meeting dogs on lead and will need someone
willing to work with him on this. He would be best suited to an only dog household or potentially with a female companion. He has shown some food aggression towards other dogs (not people) and will need to be fed seperately if rehomed with another dog. He's got a lot of love to give and would be a fantastic companion to someone who understood his needs.
