Bonnie ~ Cattle Dog (on trial 31/7/15)

My name is Bonnie, I am a 3 year old Cattle Dog and I'm a very special little girl. One of my front legs has been fully amputated after an accident on a farm. Don't underestimate me, though! I can give you a run for your money.

At first my foster parents didn't know if I could keep up with my foster brother, but I love nothing more than exploring, except maybe being at the beach! The beach is my favourite place because the sand doesn't hurt my paws and I run for as long as I can!

I walk beautifully on the lead and off, I will always come back to you, and my foster parents just discovered how much I love playing with tennis balls.

I would make a wonderful companion for a family that loves cattle dogs, but doesn't need me to be a working dog.

I get along with other dogs, however I do prefer my humans over my fur buddies, there's nothing better in this world than a good couch cuddle.

I can take some time getting used to new surroundings and fitting in, it takes me a while to find some food that I like (pizza crusts go down extremely well), but once I feel comfortable I am the perfect, loyal, easy-going companion.
