Sammy ~ Pug x (on trial 25/7/15)

Hi I'd like to introduce myself. I'm a Pug x called Sammy and I’m looking for my forever home. I used to live with a lovely man who gave me lots of love and attention and life was very good until he had to go into a nursing home. Lucky for me he contacted Dog Rescue and now I'm looking for a kind family to love and care for me.

My foster mum says I'm adorable. I'm 99% pug with a little bit of something else, I'm about 6 years young. I like to be wherever my owner is and so I must be an indoor dog although I do like to sit outside in the sun, even better if my human is with me.
I love to go for a walk, although if we miss it doesn't bother me, I'm a bit of a sloth. I'm happy sleeping with my owner, I don't move or snore, but I can sleep in my own bed in the same room if you want me too. I love my food but I'm now a healthy weight having lost 2.5kgs. Well done me!

I'm toilet trained and can use a doggy door. I'm very well behaved and will definitely let you know if someone comes. I get on well with other dogs and have just learned to play with my foster mums other pugs. I'm good with kids but probably not little ones. I don't mind cats or chooks although my foster mums kitty scares me a bit.

Ideally I would best be suited to someone who is mostly at home and wants a companion, cause that's what pugs do best.
