About Astro
Astro is a clever, friendly, happy little boy, who will make a wonderful addition to a variety of homes!
Astro is very smart and eager to learn and has completely mastered house training and using the doggy door in just 2 weeks! Astro has only recently been desexed, so he does still get a little excited and will 'mount' other dogs if they let him, but we expect this behaviour to diminish over the coming weeks, as his hormones settle! As with all puppies, we would strongly recommend that Astro's new family enroll him in a basic training course which will be both fun for him and good for his socialisation!
While Astro gets on well with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, he is a little slow off the mark to pick up on the boundaries of others, so would need a confident doggy friend, who will have some patience with his puppy enthusiasm! Astro would be just as happy as an only dog, with all the human attention for himself!
Astro is such an affectionate, loving boy. He wants to be with you and is looking for a predominantly indoor only home where he will be included in family activities and not left alone for long periods. He would of course like to sleep indoors at night and have access to the house during the day.
Astro is in care in Millgrove.
Medical notes
Astro goes to his new home desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and having had his rear dew claws removed for his safety.
