About Charlotte
This gorgeous gentle little girl came to us with her brother George when they were approx 2 weeks old. Their mother was very young and had no more energy left to feed more babies after a previous litter. So Charlotte has been hand reared since that time and is a happy, healthy girl, confident around humans and very cuddly.
Charlotte is a brown tabby and has a lovely soft misty coat. \ As you can see, she has the most adorable little face and she is very sweet and loving. She is slightly more delicate in frame than her brother, but that doesn't stop her from picking fights with him at every opportunity. She loves to run and play and snuggle up to her brother or to the nearest human. If you are sitting down, Charlotte will cuddle up under your chin, she likes to be very close to you.
Charlotte is developing her independent and quieter side and enjoys time alone to explore at her own pace. She likes to sit on your shoulder while you walk around and do some of the housework. She does use her claws to hold on though and might scratch a bit – but she isn't being naughty and she doesn’t mean to hurt.
Raised indoors, Charlotte has had a few visits outside - under strict supervision – where she loves spending time in the sun to chase leaves, bugs and shadows and to try to climb up the side of the house or up a tree. Being an indoor cat is the best for Charlotte as loud noises startle her and she has no road sense.
Charlotte is litter trained, desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. I think she would make a perfect furry friend and secret-keeper for anyone looking to welcome this gentle sweet furbaby into their home and love her to bits!!
Charlotte is used to dogs (as long as they are respectful of her space) and she is also good around other cats. Charlotte will be happy with very gentle smaller children - supervised to ensure there are no injuries to either party – or older children who know how to handle kittens carefully (and who love a cuddle). Charlotte is a lovely gentle girl who thrives on time with her human family.
Adoption details
After seeing an animal you are interested in we ask you to fill out an adoption expression of interest form which tells us a bit about you, your lifestyle and any previous pets. A meet and greet is then organised for you to meet your prospective new furry friend and if all goes ok, you are then able to adopt your new furry housemate.
