Billy

Billy came to the Devonport RSPCA as a stray. Because the RSPCA had limited space for cats and kittens Billy and one of the kittens spent some time at the home of one of the carers at the shelter. During this time Billy became used to living in a home and he loved it! Billy is a sweet boy who is friendly affectionate and confident. During his foster care he got on very well with the kitten and groomed and cuddled him. Billy would be a great addition to a loving home.
