About Cookie
Hi, my name is Cookie, and I'm a real sweetie!
I LOVE people and most times would rather be snuggled up on your lap than playing with other puppies - but hey, if there arent cuddle to be had I'm all for tackling and chasing with the dogs! I like to climb into your lap and watch the world go by from there, or gaze into your eyes while I have cuddles. I am quite mouthy though so am learning that I dont have to nom on you while you pat me.
I am bright, enthusiastic, full of energy, love meeting people, and am a little reserved with dogs at first but then I'll join in the tackle games.
I need a new home where I am part of the family and allowed inside. I would love a lot of company and I will need a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. Doggie sports sound like fun I wouldn't mind looking into those when I'm old enough. And I will definitely need to go to doggie school because I have lots of brains that need exercising.
I have only recently come into care so I am still needing to get all my vaccinations and vet work done, and get started on some training. So far I have started learning to sit on command, sit for food and sit for pats. I also toilet on newspaper rather than just anywhere. I am used to sleeping in a crate with my sibling and have travelled well in the car in a crate.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ONLY - I won't be ready for my new home until early August.
If you think I could be the pup for you, please fill out an application form as your expression of interest, and let my mum know what you are looking for in a dog.
