Please note that for Junior we are looking for someone with Neo Mastiff experience. Also as he has lived his life in FNQ, and is older for a Neo we are not looking to rehome him outside of the North QLD area as we don't feel he would adjust to temperature or climate changes.

Don’t be fooled, although Junior may look a bit intimidating, he is actually a very affectionate, calm, peaceful, sooky, mild-mannered gentleman with lots of love to give. He enjoys it when family and friends come to visit and gets lots of scratches in those hard to reach places. Although he is a stunner with a beautiful personality and temperament he is a heavy drooler, particularly in hot weather or after getting a drink. Don’t worry though, one look at you with those big saucepan eyes and any all is forgotten…what drool? He loves his daily 30 minute walk, not that we get far, as he tends to operate on what his foster carer has come to call it as “Junior time”, which is basically moving at leisurely pace everywhere, this boy will not be rushed! He is fine with other dogs and after a general “hello” sniff will move on and go about his business. He’s a perfect fella when it’s wash time and stands as still as a post when getting bathed. He rather likes the pampering and all over body massage (who wouldn’t with all that skin). Junior is not a barker and tends to only do it when there is cause to do so. All in all he is a great dog with many redeeming qualities that he is just waiting for you to find out about. So if you looking for a four legged friend for life Junior’s your guy; he would truly make a fantastic companion!

Junior is $200 to adopt and is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated (C4).
