About Harlow ~ Pomeranian (on trial 5/7/15)
Hi everyone my names Harlow my foster mum calls me "Power Puff" (because my coats quite puffy), I’m a tiny bite size Pomeranian who is approximately 6 years old. I'm your typical pampered lap dog, however I am still a little shy and get scared easily.
I’m still learning basic training (sit & come) i don’t like to play with toys or balls, I just like to sit and watch the other dogs play. I sleep in a dog crate of a night.
I do require brushing to keep my coat looking fresh and to get the excess hair out every couple of days. Bathing fortnightly is ideal but every 3-4 weeks would be fine.
Ideally my forever home would be a retired couple/single who is home all the time and with one or no other dogs and no cats & no children. At my new home id like to be able to be inside most of the time as i don’t like being left outside by myself.
Im currently living with 4 other small female dogs, i would rather live with one or no other dogs as I like all the attention on me. I do also live with a cat, but I find her scary so I’d prefer to not go to a home with a cat.
If you would like to perhaps get a chance to meet me then please email my foster mum Erin on ezz13e@hotmail.com. Harlow is located in Edgeworth 2285 (Lake Macquarie)
Harlow's adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
