Patches

Patches is a friendly playful clown who loves cuddles He is a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier X. Patches is a charmer alright; he gets on with other dogs but is a bit too interested in the cats. He is protective with food around all other animals so will need monitoring. He looks at you with his big chocolate eyes and smiling face when let out for play time, making sure he gets his scratch behind the ears and keeps coming back to hang with the humans. Patches is a long termer and has been at the shelter too long. He has never been given any formal training and was a bit excitable right at the very beginning but first outing he showed he was more than willing to learn and let us ‘push’ him into a sit until he got the idea. He would make a loving and devoted member of the family. A wee bit of work on this clever lad will pay off in spades later.
