Domino

Hello there! My name is Domino and I am an affectionate young man who is looking for a loving family to call my very own! I was surrendered to the shelter with my friend 'Muffin' as unfortunately my previous owner could no longer take care of me. I have a very loving affectionate personality once I have settled into an environment. I can become a little unsure when moving into a new environment so my new owners must give me time to settle at home before I feel completely comfortable and my loving personality shows. I will require an experienced owner who will be patient and allow me to come out of my shell in my own time. I would greatly benefit from having plenty of safe spots small personal spaces such as boxes enclosed cat beds etc for me to go to when I first arrive home to help with the transition. I interact well with my friend 'Muffin' and would be more than happy to have a companion to play with enjoy a snooze and soak up the sun together with slow and gradual introductions until we are completely comfortable. I am more suited to a quieter household with older children who have spent time around kittens before as I may become startled with loud noises and fast movements around young children. Once I have settled I love my playtime and will interact with any toys that move and look like fun! My new owners should keep anything of sentimental value out of my reach to ensure I do not accidentally mistake it for a toy.
