About Bentley
Bentley is a beautiful young man with a heart of gold! A very fast learner, he's currently mastering sitting, waiting for his food, and walking on a lead.
This gorgeous boy is very energetic, and is looking for someone who will commit to continuing his training and socialisation. In return, Bentley will win you over with his stunning looks and charm, and a lifetime of loyalty and tail-waggy love.
MY IDEAL HOME: I can't wait to be a real part of your family - I love to be with everybody! I need daily walks, small training sessions each day, and someone at home to help me settle in initially.
I am food oriented, and have applied myself to training - my foster mum thinks she can see my brain ticking over when I look at her.
I have a short coat, and don't need much maintenance - just a regular brush. And lotsa love!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am a typical high-spirited pup, and need a daily walk to burn off my energy. After that, I'm happy to curl up and snooze.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I have only been around children in my current foster home. Although I think kids of all ages are great, you'll need to watch me around your younger ones as I can get a bit too enthusiastic in expressing my love!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I am still learning what cats are all about - I have only been around them for a short time in my foster home. If you have any resident kitties I'll need a gradual supervised introduction, and some way of keeping us apart at other times, until my manners improve.
Right now a household with small dogs is not going to suit me unfortunately.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry/. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
