Chevi is on hold pending adoption.

Looking for a good natured and affectionate young German Shepherd then meet our beautiful Chevi. Chevi is a striking young male German Shepherd who is in need of a loving home. Chevi is located at Kurri Kurri and has been surrendered into our care and will need a family who have owned large breed dogs before.

Chevi was surrendered into our care as his former owned realised they did not have the time and commitment to put into such an active young dog. Chevi is living with his fellow rescue dogs but he does need careful introductions with strange dogs so he will need to attend a Dog Training school to ensure that he grows into a happy and calm dog when around other dogs.

Chevi will grown into a forty kilo shepherd and he is learning his basic commands and responds well to voice commands and can be walked on a lead or harness He is a stock coated black and tan shepherd who would suit an active family with older children who are dog savvy and only a family who understand the requirements of owning a German Shepherd dog. Chevi will need plenty of exercise, stimulation and further training and socialisation.

Chevi would not be suitable to go to a home with cats or pocket pets. He is social with his fellow rescue dogs and we require that he has inclusion in the family home and further lead training.
