About Pixie DL1036
Can you offer Pixie a retirement home? She is currently in kennels but would much rather be keeping cool under the air con at your place.
She loves her bed, it’s her favourite place in the world! She enjoys car rides - she will sit on your lap in the exact same spot for hours, looking out the window and smiling!
Pixie is an inside dog as she doesn't cope well outside in very hot (or cold) weather. She is a good watch dog and will let you know if anyone's about. She doesn’t mind a walk every so often but those are little legs, so be prepared to carry her home.
Pixie is good with cats and laid back dogs of all sizes. Big ones, little ones, just no jumpy young whipper snappers! She loves to have a play with you and other dogs. She will tell you how much she loves you with a happy tail wag and a kiss - such a sweetheart.
If you can take Pixie in, please text or email us today (sorry we can't take calls).
Medical notes
An older lady, Pixie does experience incontinence so you will need to patient & kind and prepared to clean up after her at times. Due to her teeth, she struggles with hard foods so will need a softer diet, & also her little legs can get a bit stiff. All medical costs covered by the rescue, all she needs is somewhere to stay!
