About Bindi ~ Senior Staffy (adopted 16/7/16)
Beautiful Bindi is an 8 year old female Staffy x and possibly the sweetest girl you will ever meet. She truly has a beautiful nature, and would happily give kisses all day long if given the chance. She is currently living with a baby and 2 young children and is gentle with them. She is so great with kids that she has been taken to visit to several girl guides troops and the children love her.
Bindi is a very chilled out and well behaved dog. She doesn’t dig or try to escape and rarely barks, but will let us know when a visitor arrives.
Bindi doesn't mind spending time outside during the day but does like to come inside of an evening to feel the affection of being with her people. She is calm and well behaved indoors. Like most dogs she is frightened of thunderstorms but once brought inside she realises she is safe and settles well. She is housetrained and sleeps inside at night.
Bindi has good manners at dinner time and will sit before she is fed and walks well on the lead. She has very pretty markings and a short, easy-care coat. She also LOVES her car rides and is very well behaved while driving.
Bindi loves the quiet life, she loves laying about whether that be on her own or with another dog to keep her company. She is best suited to a home without cats, however is fine with the pet birds that are in the yard.
Bindi really is a super sweet girl who has so much unconditional love to give. She will make a great addition to the right family and really is just looking for a person or family to love.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
