Galaxy

Galaxy is a little pocket rocket!

Galaxy is an energetic dog who loves nothing more than to be by your side, whether that is going for a run along the beach, a walk through the bush or curling up next to you for couch cuddles of an evening.

Since coming into care Galaxy has made tremendous progress, she can walk on lead next to you easily with no pulling, she can sit and drop and she is crate trained. She is very food motivated and has shown herself to be an enthusiastic learner where treats are involved.

We are working on leave it and how to politely greet other dogs. We are also working on toning down her vocalising when she is excited/upset.

With people, Galaxy is very affectionate, she can however take a few days to settle before she shows that side of her. She happily gives kisses and will climb into your lap for a bit more attention.

Galaxy is very playful with other dogs, and would adore having a playmate of similar energy and play style, which can be quiet rambunctious. She loves to chase and be chased, play tug of war and bitey face. She also adores chasing a soccer ball around the backyard.

Galaxy has been in a home with cats and kittens and did well with both.

We are looking for a home that can continue training and socialisation. Galaxy enjoys routine and will need a home that can offer her a firm but fair leader.

Galaxy has been Breed Assessed and will only be available for adoption in NSW/ACT.
