Sherlock **special needs puppy**

Meet the very timid but extremely lovable pup Sherlock...

Sherlock came into our care after being rescued from a home where he was never socialised and given the care he deserved.

After lots of love and care from his foster home, Sherlock has really shown great improvement and come out of his shell quite a lot, however ongoing training and a patient home is needed for this pup to make sure that he continues to progress with his socialisation. He can be very timid with new people (never aggressive just scared) and needs work with feeling safe in new environments.

Sherlock is good with other dogs after slow and carful introduction but is best rehomed without cats. He is ok with children over 12 years too however younger children tend to spook him when they are noisy so best rehomed without littlies. He is a small-medium size (think spaniel size) dog.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated home for this beautiful boy, one where he will be given the time he needs to settle in, the training he needs to become confident and the love he needs to feel safe.

With some extra TLC and a patient new family, Sherlock will be a wonderful new addition to any home. He shows improvement once he feels safe and knows that no one will hurt him.
