Hi there my name is Isaac I'm a gentle old boy looking for my new forever home.I'm a old soul who ended up in the shelter through no fault of my own. I am a very social boy and I love being around people. I am more the type of dog who enjoys sitting at my new owners feet and being with rather then being patted and touched all the time. I can be a little unsure with close handling so I would benefit going to a mature household. I am shaved at the moment but my fur will grow being a Lhasa Apso. My coat will need regular grooming to ensure that painful matts don't develop. I absolutely love going for walkies and I am friendly with other dogs. I would love to go to a home where I am exercised regularly taken to my local dog park and then where I can spend the rest of the day sleeping on the couch. I am a little anxious and unsettled when I am left alone so my new owners will need to be home with me a lot. The times when I am left alone it is important to leave me with things to keep me occupied. I love my food so things like bones treats and chews are great things to leave me with.
