About Hunter
Hunter is all about the love.He lives for close relationship with his humans and desires above all else to be close to you. this boy is a cuddling machine, who is looking for owners that have plenty of time for serious snuggling. The last two photos show him in his favorite position, curled up on the lounge next to or in the lap of his humans. He will best suit an owner looking for a super affectionate companion dog that will stick to them like glue as long as they both shall live!!!!
Hunter is toilet trained, well behaved inside, travels well in the car, is good to groom and good at the Vets.He does not bark excessively, nor does he dig or chew the furniture. He weights13.5kg but should be around 10kg once he drops his excess weight. His size is in between small to medium, with his back coming under knee height.
He has a non shedding coat that is suitable for people with allergies. His soft curls are the envy of all the other dogs at the park.He is an active boy who absolutely loves his walkies and is happy to socialize with the other dogs.He walks well on the lead and we have commenced his "Off Leash" training. He keeps an eye on where you are and comes when called(most of the time).
Hunter was surrendered as his owner was moving and not able to take him.He is looking for the following in his new home:
To live as an inside dog and allowed up on the lounge for cuddling.
To be taken for a clip at the grooming salon every 8 weeks for the rest of his life. These dogs suffer terribly from matting if not clipped regularly.
Hunter is an active dog and will need at least 40minutes of walking per day.Two walks a day would be better than one.
Owners who have the time to give him the attention and love he needs. Owners who are home a lot or can take him to work with them would be ideal.
This is a superb "Fur Baby" who is looking for an exceptional owner who can provide the love, exercise and care he needs. If you are the sort of owner that makes your dog a real priority in your daily life, then Hunter wants to hear from you.
He was still available for adoption on the 12th July. Please call to discuss the adoption process which begins with a phone interview.
Medical notes
Hunter has had a Vet Check and is in good health.
