About Jett
This darling little boy is still a pup that weighs in at nearly 10kg at the moment but thinks he is all grown up. Jett loves nothing more than crashing through the bush with the big dogs or jumping into the front of the car for a trip to the park. Then it's all action and adventures until bedtime when he is happy to get into his bed and stay there until morning. That is, unless he gets cold during the night. as that's when he comes and snuggles in next to his foster carer, resting his chin on her neck and making little snuffling sounds! These times are quite magical as Jett is otherwise quite an independent-minded little chap and not really a lapdog at all. He is very well socialised as well as being cat friendly and has just started going to training where he is doing very well. His new owner will need to continue with his training in order for him to reach his full potential. Jett is house trained using a doggy door and we think he's best suited to a home with another easy going dog for him to rumble with. He is currently in a foster home with his close friend Stella who knows how to sort him out when he gets too big for his boots. Jett is completely obsessed with food and devours absolutely everything given to him - meat, bones, vegetables, fish, rice, biscuits. As food is so extremely important to him we would love to see him go to a home where he will be able to enjoy a range of food in all its glorious variety. This is the pup who polished off a pig's ear when he was scarcely bigger than it, and all with just his baby teeth! He has a shedding type coat that is easy to maintain with just a brush through.
The second photo is of Jett with his doggy foster pal Stella (also looking for a new home) and his carer's own dog.
