About Patch ** Adoption Day **
Grand Opening ADOPTION DAY: Saturday 20st of June, 11 am - 2 pm at Best Friends Pet Store Pakenham, Princess Hwy near Bunnings and JB Hi-Fi
Adoptions prior to Adoption Day welcome. We can't bring all the kittens, so please contact us for a questionnaire. Cost: $ 200.- All our kittens are desexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, flea and worm treated and come with a kitten pack.
Patch will be at our ADOPTION DAY in Pakenham and we are sending out Questionnaires if you are interested in Adopting him or one of his siblings.
Patch came to 2nd Chance Cat Rescue on Tuesday after the Easter weekend. He was born on Easter Monday and dumped a day later with his mum, because he was a mistake. Well, I have a few things to say about that, but this little boy is nothing but joy and cheekiness. Come and speak to his foster carer and get a better idea of who this little boy is and what personality he has.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are desexed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, worm and flea treated.
All kittens adopted from 2nd Chance cat Rescue come with a complimentary Adoption Pack which includes:
* Kitty litter tray Or * Drinking bowl
* Litter scoop Or Christmas toy
* Collar;
* Kitten book from Royal Canin.
We require a questionnaire to be filled in prior to making any arrangements to meet the animals. On adoption day you will have to pay the fee stated on the cat's profile. We only accept cash.
PLEASE send us an E-mail and we forward you a Questionnaire, this needs to be filled in and send back and we will contact you as soon as we had the time to look at it.
We hand over a signed change of ownership form which needs to be send to the Microchip company,after the two weeks trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
