About Sovrin ~ Shar Pei X BC (on trial 12/6/15)
Sovrin 10 week Male (blue in colour) Shar Pei x border collie. He is a charming little man, playful and very loving.
He enjoys the outdoors and likes to spend the day playing in the puppy yard and exploring the garden with his puppy friends. Because of his love for the great outdoors your yard and fence will need to be very secure. Fencing must be 6ft colorbond with either sleepers or cement underneath.
Little Sovrin is a very social fellow. He is great with other dogs and pups of all breeds, sizes and ages. He would be great with a family with kids. He is a gentle soul with a love of people, fur friends, toys and treats.
Because of his affectionate nature and love of people, a stay at home mum or dad, or someone who works from home is the preferred new forever home for Sovrin as he just loves company.
For Sovrin to be at his happiest he must go to a loving home where he is treated as a part of the family. He will need to be allowed to sleep inside and be allowed to be involved in family activities. While he does enjoy they outdoors during the day, he would not be suitable as an outside dog at night as this would not make him happy...... and the last thing in the world we want is for Sovrin to be anything less that his happy self.
We recommend puppy training classes for all puppies as this helps them grow into well rounded dogs. It also helps their new family bond with them.
As he is not desexed yet he is only available for adoption in the Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Newcastle and Port Stephens areas. he is not available for interstate adoption.
His adoption fee is $450 and this includes desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments and microchipping.
There is lots more to tell you about this sweet boy so please ring their carer Robyn on 49537115 and leave a message. Watson is located in Lake Macquarie.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
